Your next item is almost finished. A side-lane wave is coming toward your tower while nearby allies move toward an enemy tower. Several opponents are missing. Collecting gold and joining the group are both options, but they carry different risks.
- Farm or join?. Collect the wave if enemies appear far away and you have a route back to safety. Join your allies if you can arrive while the objective is still contestable and contribute with your current items. If you would arrive after the fight, tell them and take a safer nearby wave instead of crossing the map too late.
- Check the decision. Pause the replay before you moved. Check the enemies visible on the map, your distance from allies and the item you were waiting for. Judge the choice using that information, rather than whether the fight happened to go well.
